Description
All-metal alloy steel bars follow the original BR/LUL Specifications and Drawing RE/PW303A, i.e. material is EN16 and where through hardened is to the originally specified hardness (HB 225/275 = HRC 20/29).
Alloy steel bars are also designed to bend rather than break, in overload conditions. the hexagon profile (1″ A/F) allows safe and efficient operation and are light in weight.
Crowbars (chisel or heel ends) should not be used for slewing rail.
